Recently, there have been threads re HHC and non-delivery and cc/cheques ,queries/advice.

"Harry "has had a serious problem of late and his absence from the forum in whatever shape or form is because he is totally immersed in putting matters right and ensuring that his customers do not suffer. AND, Neither does his business!

Contrary to certain posters, HCC is not a rip-off. He has been in biz for many years and has many hundreds of customers who are emminently satisfied with his product and service. Having said that, he is somewhat lax in ensuring that his staff deliver on time!! For this there is absolutely no excuse.

Should anyone lose their patience and decide to cancel, then write to him and do so. You will be reimbursed. As for cc custoners; there is NO "black mark" against your cc or credit rating should you wish to cancel - his or indeed -any other transaction.

Trust this goes some way to clearing up doubts.

Had lunch today with the aformentiond gent, he is working very hard to ensure that everything is sorted. We all get problems from time to time and as Marcus said, everyone will be attended to.
