Could anyone explain why Videoangels are said to be "reliable" in the suppliers list when they have taken me and several others for hundreds of pounds?

Your not the only one mate, the same thing has happened to hcc customers, according to recent posts its supposed to be getting sorted, I doubt it though, I'd do a charge back on your credit card mate like I did, fuck em if they can't do a simple thing like copy, post and take money for video's, seems all they are able to to is the later

It probably doesn't help any of you outside London but in Soho, there are some great shops for films. I used to get ripped off by mail order companies, not all, but a lot and it used to piss me off. Then I discovered the likes of Frith St and would not order by mail again, what's the point.

I have used many of the sites listed here and never been ripped of !!
