What's the difference between ben-dover.co.uk and ben-dover.com? Which, if either, should I subcribe to?

I've never seen the .co.uk one before so I can't really comment. http://ben-dover.com as it's well established and Ben is obviously personally involved as he posts on the forum.

I can't even get anywhere on ben-dover.co.uk and all the links seem to point to a plugin? or join page. I dunno, is it even official?
