It is well-known by now that Harry has had a major problem. The break-in was a disaster for him and a lesser man would have thrown up his hands and said "the hell with it".
However, he has been grafting like a little beaver to put matters right and is well on the way to doing so - as his letter to all his un-supplied customers states.

Sure, it is a great pain in the arse to pay in advance for something and then not to receive the goods in a reasonable time, but imagine how HE feels! This is his business.

There have been some unkind remarks made re "rip-off" etc. But having been in the industry for a very long time, why the hell wold he suddenly turn crooked? AND HE HAS NOT.

He cannot post himself as this would involve answering individual and collective queries when his time is far better spent in rescuing the situation.

I have every confidence that all will be well - otherwise I would not support him; I've known him for yonks and he is an honourable man.

Fair points Marcus, but a single earlier post here would have stopped all the speculation.

exactly - one post of explanation and he would have had everyone's sympathy, rather than an irate bunch of torch waving, pitchfork wielding, punters after his 'thieving' blood. communication - it's what the forum's for...

Actually, I did make a post to this effect some time ago, but did not have up-to-date info at the time. It got lost in the shuffle anyway.
