I stumbled upon this video about a week ago named "Das Berlin" and I'm stumped. Best guess is it's a German movie from the mid 1990s. I tried searching for movie titles containing "Das Berlin" but came up empty handed.

Wow, you actually found it!

It was released by WK in 1996. Maybe it should have been obvious in hindsight, Estella also appears in Schlampen Lollypops 1 - Der Anfang, also released by WK in 1996. But this didn't feel like a WK film to me.
