I hope that no-one with falsies takes this the wrong way, but the best tit job is to leave them as they are. It's a personal choice for the lady(s) in question, and I totally respect that, but from a personal and male perspective they always look and feel "different". Some may prefer this look/feeling but the whole downside is that they ARE different. Breats are great because of what they are. Once you enhance them artificially, they are no longer breasts.

Give me natural (whatever the size) over those of Jordan any day.
