What a load of bollocks.
So the poor old retailers are suffering because the internet provides a free market, when through the BBFC the sex shops had it all to themselves? Pass me a new box of kleenex (so I can weep provoked by the sheer happiness of monopolies being brought up short).

Sue the Old Bill? Carry on (like the films) just about as much reality involved.

Control the internet?: pick your country/jurusdiction

Anyone submitting to this kind of(alledged) pressure should not be in the biz in the first place.

Hi Marcus

Check with the Colchester M.P. for more details about this as like i said he is
making life hell, the only way around it for us is to get a Dutch accommodation address & still post from the U.K. like 'Your Choice & Simply the best' the good thing about it is that it fucked up the wally pirating the films. A friend of ours was offered hundreds of our films which he declined & told us instead but between us & the police weve stopped this scum bag for now which is a good thing now weve turned Pro.
Over the next year the real Pro's should sail through this if they know their business as were always one step ahead, as we found out 'its who you & not what you know' in the British adult scene.
Anyway i was warned early & it will be my decision to pull out for a while as i've clearly not got the experience some of you seem to have on this forum.

Sales outside of the UK and shipping from within is not the answer albeit the current practice. The case of the Crown versus Lally FEB 2001 will confirm that and although thrown out of court the first thing the OPS/TS looked for was evidence of UK shipping i.e. your mail list. Once they have that they will visit your customers and if they can get proof of UK shipping your problems have just started. (Customer is safe but your not!!!). If the heat is on and being turned up in the UK which I know it is then consider your best option of shipping into UK not from. One ?20.00 DVD/Video sold and caught in trap could wipe you out.

If you want help with this then mail me off the board to discuss.

Give in to the motherfuvkers?,

- that's what they want! By capitulating, you have achieved their desire.
Try what the rest of us did over the years -FIGHT.
Cost me a bit and a few others, but without a fight and its attendant little victories, none of us would be where we are today.

What you want? Life on a silver platter? Either stand up and be counted or
not. --- don't moan/groan/cry herein. it gets you nowhere.

You wanna be in this biz ? Have the courage of your convictions.
