Maybe it's not about the Best Sellers, but it will be a Big Sourprise for me if a Lesbian movies is nominated.
I understand that Lesbian movies are harder to make, because it's not very easy that a Girl will agree about having sex with another woman.
Hetero sex is more natural and few Companies add as Hetero Scenes as "Extras" on Lesbian oriented DVDs.
If you care, I skip these titles, because I HATE to be forced to watch an Hetero scene on a Lesbian DVD (on which I Spent my money).
I check for Lesbian DVDs on http://www.lezlovevideo.com/home and I check the Reviews before buying. There isn't a Better site to check for Reviews.
BGAFD Best Film ???
Re: BGAFD Best Film ???
If it's related for Sales only, "Pink Velvet 2" should be nominated.
VivThomas is selling Pink Velvet in UK and in USA.

Re: BGAFD Best Film ???
Vivid sold a LOT of Lesbian movies and a lot of people thinks about Vivid as a "Great Company".
But if you check http://www.lezlovevideo.com/home you will find that Vivid don't have so great titles (read the reviews).
Anyway I understand that Bussiness are Bussiness.

Re: BGAFD Best Film ???
Just to be absolutely clear here, the BGAFD awards that we're currently running are being chosen by you the forumites. That's why it says "Peoples choice Awards" under the banner below.
The chosen 8 finalists for the film award were taken directly from nominations e-mailed to us (from those who could be arsed anyway) - we had a forum post on here for nearly two weeks inviting nominations, and if you look at the top of the forum at the moment you'll see we're now asking for nominations for the BGAFD performer award (No doubt as soon as soon as that nomination period ends next Tuesday and we start the second poll, folk who haven't bothered sending us any of their own nominations will start to moan about those finalists too!).
To answer Terry's question about why Real Couples as opposed to one of his other films - the simple answer was none of the others were put forward whereas Real Couples was.
Read more about the award nominations and voting on our awards page.

Bermellon wrat "I understand that Lesbian movies are harder to make, because it's not very easy that a Girl will agree about having sex with another woman." Hahaha, you're joking right? It's the exact opposite. As a cursory glance at the girl and film pages on this site or the model pages at any agency would tell you, there are roughly five times as many women prepared to film girl-girl scenes as will do boy-girl. The female performers also charge way less to do a lesbian scene compared to straight. The reason there is not much talk of lesbian films on this website - and none making the forumers' poll shortlist - is that this is primarily a hardcore forum, and veggie films (as they're called) are not hardcore. There is very little in the way of lesbian R18s, for example, for the simple reason that almost everything two women can do together sexually is perfectly OK for 18 certificate, cable TV, etc.
Re: Attn: Bermellon
First: I'm male, and that explain why I don't like Hetero Stuff.
An Adult movie featuring men is a really Turn-Off for me.
I only paid for Lesbian stuff (I like solo but I don't have anything).
Also, as I wrote, I don't pay for Lesbian movies when they have Hetero Stuff as "Bonus".
Second: Did you see "Sandy's Holiday Sex Fantasies #1"?
It's the Best and Hottest Adult movie I've ever seen.
I don't like Softcore too much, but this movie is Hotter than a lot of Hardcore ones (Sex is real, not faked).
Check it and you will not believe this.
It includes a few Trailers (all Lesbian) and one of them has Adele Stephens with another girl in a Bathtub (really Hot too).
Hope you will understand me, and my English.

From Lewis (VivThomas Cameraman)
"Lesbian movies are generally more difficult to make, especially since it seems like the people who enjoy girl/girl movies like longer set-ups, more intimacy, more sensuality, and a more genuine affection between the two models.
All of these things are very difficult to capture. There aren't a lot of producers out there willing to put in the effort.
Usually if we see a lesbian scene in a boy/girl movie it's tucked inbetween two boy/girl scenes, and has a lot of very hard aggressive fucking, girls putting massive toys up each other etc. The emphasis is on something grahic rarther than some real and emotive between the girls."
I wasn't kidding, and if you prefer movies with guys involved, I prefer Girls, they look cutest to me.
It's your choice and I respect that.
