We spoke to a lot of girls who have dome web cam when we were considering our own, and generally got very bad feedback. The girls who had worked for the various companies that run the cams generally found the earning/hrs-spent ratio a waste of time. The girls who were positive about it seemed to be the ones who had one installed in their flat and spent the day sat in front of it. Though none of these seemed to be very busy with other work, which I believe may have made the situation different.

I like webcam shows in principle - the idea of sitting and directing the action is very sexy but in practice you are one of about 100-300 others all scrabbling to catch the girls attention - and in the end she ends up doing what she wants (which is probably best unless its really one to one anyway - too many cooks otherwise).

Also my experience they still seem to be let down by the technology. The number of times I've been watching a show that keeps blacking out, freezing, losing audio - and the amount of time the poor girls seem to have getting it up and running again it seems to be a pain. Windows media 9 seems best (flash and java are terrible as you can't have them full screen and they are slow) but I think it needs a lot of investment at the server end.

Another annoyance is because most of this is based in the US you have to wait till the early hours of the morning to watch the best stuff - that's where a UK based cam would be good using UK timezone.

I have never paid for a one to one session - partly as they are too expensive and partly as I don't trust them enough to part with the ready's - too easy to get let down and lose your money.

btw - if you know how it is possible to record most cam formats.
