I ordered a DVD from Vidshop and also waited in vain. Sent them a ton of emails to which I got automated repiles. Then I used the address they supplied on this site but still got no joy, just replies saying 'it was on the way'. Eventually I threatened to contact my credit card company and it was delivered three days later! Maybe this is the best way to get a delivery, but I won't be using them again.
