you mentioned denholm elliot,he was in the sextet a series of 6 plays in the 70s and very good they were too,best 1 was wen he was having a nervous breakdown,billie whitelaw played his wife dennis waterman was a psychiatrist too it was quite funny in parts too,my fave play for todays were:i cant see my little willie,evreybody say cheese,the foxtrot,halleujah handshake,angels are so few[tom bell]im a angel,speech day etc.

warren mitchell was in 1 where someone fell in some chocolate,also her majesties pleasure was a good one,wish the bbc would repeat them.

im sure the halleujah handshake was similar to angels are so few irecall seeing these in early 70s ,look fwd to the next weeks one ithink after a while they were on twice a week,tuesdays and thursdays?

Re:- anyone seeing a Carry On movie at a cinema ? Well in about 1971/72ish my family went to the drive-in ( down under ) to see a Carry On. At the time we thought it was piss weak but now days when I see them I find them* amusing in a different way.
* them refering to Carry On movies, not my family.
