As I said, I am a Lombard. I have nothing to do with the amalfi coast or its population.
It's like you answered to a Scottish man that you enjoyed Southhampton.
Personally I do not like southern italian women (short, fat, with big noses etc ...) and I do not understand their highly possessive behaviour at all.

I'm wary of generalisations, as you know (ahem.......), but have to agree that I've had more fun in the South than the North- although to be fair I've spent more time in the South.
Perhaps because it's more fun............
