I think Ian Brown looked nervvy. Probably too many years of drugs. He was also on Saturday morning TV "performing" his single (not with Noel) and was a lot more in tune.

Perhaps you might also be nervous performing on primetime TV in front of millions of viewers?
Ace, Ian Brown has always been notorious for his 'freestyle' approach to singing live. He was never the best vocalist, even in his Stone Roses days. But the song is excellent (co-written by Mr Gallagher) and the recorded version is really good, with Mr Brown in perfect pitch.
And as for Mr Gallagher- guitar legend and Mancunian music hero.

Ian and Noel are both brilliant performers. The Rossy interview was crap but mainly because they Noel and Rossy got off on the wrong foot! Noel was interviewed on radio 1 they day before and it was a really good interview (can be found on the radio 1 website). Ian Browns new album is good but 'Music of the spheres' is probably his best in recent years, if you like 'Keep what ya got' then check this album out.
Also There was a good track afew years ago Noel Gallagher and Goldie think it was called 'Temper Temper' or something similar.
