that P20 stuff rubs off all over your towels!
not nice.
imagine scat scenes?????
try imedeen tanning tablets available in boots chemists. take em up to 4 weeks before going in the sun and they help build and prolong a nice tan.
they aint cheap but they definaltly work.

One word, cancer. Block first, tan later. My friends live in Australia and are amazed how much the Aussies do to fight skin cancer.

Hi Robbie,
Take it slowly as you need the sun but the golden rule is don't burn yourself. You don't need any chemicals just natural pigment which protects you and is developed by gradual exposure. Blondes and fair skin people take longer to develop natural protection. Vitamin D is created this way and is one of the only ways to get it as supplements are not easily absorbed by the body.

Thanks Ivor,
This is good info, from someone with first hand experience about what the sun can do.
Previously, I've always gone for factor 4 or 6 and I aways got burnt. My skin does have a quite a few freckles and moles and some of those itch sometimes.
I'm cringing to think the times I've been in Florida looking like a lobster.
im Going to Spain end of May, I'm going to use Factor 20 all week.
I dont think I'll go for the P20 as I'll be paranoid about re applying it, which is what I will do with standard lotion.
Good O/T forum responce, cheers guys!!
Rob.
