allow me........

The trick is to slowly build your tan up over a period of time. If possible get yourself a few minutes down the local tan shop so when you get in the sun its not such a shock to the skin.
Start using a high factor, then gradually bring ot down as the holiday goes on.
Try to avoid going straight out into the sun for 11 hours on your first day and looking like a lobster! patience is the key....

shame......such a shame.... i think i kind of lost myself again.....

I is a honky, I'm normally so white at the start of the holiday the resort can turn down the lights at night. Then I used to go red after I burnt, then it would all fall of and then i'd go white again.

Then I found P20, and now I have a suntan.

Put it on once in the morning, go out and sit in the sun. I do not burn, but start to get some colour.

Its more expensive than sun tan lotion, but worth it in the long run.

I rcommend it

Hi Rob,
Don't use any chemicals on your body because they stop certain rays but let through the UV wavelengths that cause skin cancer. Sunbeds also cause it!

If any one here suggest Self Tanning Lotions i will personally Crucify you SLOWLY!

(I have some deep seated psychological issues with self tan, and how it gets on fucking everything i own at shoots when the model uses it.)

It is said that both love and truth walk hand in hand. But if the need is great enough, can we learn to love a lie?

Hi Mike,
umm ..in confused? I thought the sun creams blocked all the nasty ones?

I need to use something as I want to go out in the sun, and I'm so whict I'll be 'Lobster boy' if I dont.

Whats the best method of safe tanning in a 1 week period for me?

Rob.
