Where i got caught was just out of town in the country where they have recently introduced a 40mph speed limit and they seem to be doing this everywhere, its my belief they are doing this to catch more people just extending speed limits where they dont really need to be, i have also noticed that where the limit used to be 40mph in some places its been dropped back to 30mph and in some areas now its so confusing where the limit can change from 40-30 and back to 40 within a few hundred yards, i think we all know what they are up to!annoyed!

It,s only going to get worse Graham, there,s a stretch of road we were travelling along near Derby, Alton Towers, counted 12 speed cameras each side, fuckin unreal, ok they may not all be live but these are paid for by the taxpayer, and this was a rural area mostly no houses...

I sympathise cos I've had two. However there has to be a limit and it must be one side OK one side ?60.Similarly for drunk drivers.Over the line 12 months ban, fine, big insurance loading, employment problems,etc..The other walking away with nothing.Over the years I square this by saying I have speeded many times and not got caught,I have parked illegally many times and never got caught.Every now and then they get lucky...

Have you ever thought of not being such an idiot and actually sticking to the speed limits???
Even if they have moved the sign post 300m, the fact you've noticed it's moved means you know the speed limit of 40mph applies from that point and not 300m later!
?60 fine and 3pts on your licence is a just reward for your arrogance.

I went through a camera at 133 mph in a 50mph zone I did not get fined or points on my license as It was a stolen car with Sister plates, neither did the police car chasing me but I often wondered if the plates owner did,

If it happens again and you get the dreaded letter just bin it. You will probably get a second, nasty letter but there's a chance you may not and they can't prove you received the original letter if it is just sent in the regular mail.
When filling in the paperwork relating to who was driving the car it may help to think of a pal or a relative living overseas. You can pull this stunt once as the filth may want to see evidence that this person was really here on the date of the offence, an airline ticket or whatever, if you do it again. These are things that have worked for me.
Invest in a "Road Angel" device, this has the beating of these cunts.

Either you saw the sign before you went speeding past and got your ticket, or you drive around without looking at the road ahead, the signs around you, etc.
Either way you are a danger to other road users.
Believing you shouldn't be fined for only being slightly over the limit is arrogant. You were OVER THE LIMIT. You therefore broke the law, were caught and have received just penalty. To claim otherwise is arrogance in the extreme.

If your original post wasn't a complaint about getting caught and fined, what was it about, then?
Most of your posts in the O/T forum are you complaining about how shitty life is in this country. So why don't you live somewhere else? And when you get caught for speeding there and get fined, will you come on to these boards and complain about how shitty life is in that country too?
The truth is that you never stop complaining, yet most of your problems have been brought about by your own actions.
I'm not being self-righteous... I'm just wondering how sad a person you must be to look for sympathy from others for breaking the law. And if you weren't looking for sympathy, what was the point of your post? Surely it is you, not I, who is seeking to be the centre of attention.
LOOK AT ME... I'M SO HARD DONE BY. I BROKE THE LAW, GOT FINED AND NOW I WANT YOU ALL TO AGREE WITH ME THAT IT'S NOT FAIR!!! BOO HO!!!
BTW, as someone else pointed out... any chance of a properly constructed, gramatically correct sentance from you one of these days, or are you always in "moronic foul-mouthed rant" mode?
