Hallogen heaters which can be purchsed very cheap and cost around 5 pence an hour to run are good for taking the chill out or to use alongside central heating in a room where you need more heat, they are constructing a massive gas storage depot on the isle of grain in Kent so it can be bought in by tanker and stored in case there is a disruption to the pipeline supply from Russia.
