It may be true that the young are treated leniently. There is a case to
be made for their lack of experience as a mitigating factor. Then again,
past about 11 a child is a moral adult and perfectly capable of
distinguishing between right and wrong.

aand i beleive that bush may have suspeneded it if not he's trying to push a bill that would suspend it!

Actually it was Clinton who signed (if not actually campainged for) the first restrictions on "habeas corpus"
