Absolutely, fundamentally good.
Which is why of course the govt. and police want to abolish it, at least
as far as they think they can get away with it.

The law applies equally to all.
Sorry, but dem's the rules. No exceptions.

Except there are exceptions! The young offender, the female offender, are treated as exceptions.

Ah, we have an agreement! The truth will out - eventually. "The young have less responsibilty for their actions". Herein this statement is the fundamental problem facing our society! The young can commit serious crimes and they know full well that when, or if, they are captured, they will be treated with leniency!
