It doesn't surprise me, we have loads of these Mobilility Maniacs where we live and they are a total menace on the road and footpaths. They scatter all who cross their paths. The cops are having to use those Stinger things on the roads, to bring these pathological pensioners to a halt.

Disappointed no one caught it on their camera phone, and posted it on youtube. I'm sure there must be cctv footage or something.

It seems a tragedy the incident won't be available for public viewing. I could always rerun the clip whenever I feel down.
