SR, why do you announce all these football headlines? We have newspapers and specialised sites for this stuff- yet I seem to see football headlines written verbatim very frequently on here from your good self.
We appreciate opinions and viewpoints as opposed to pure news (although obscure news is always appreciated, steve56 rip's are class), but I'm well capable of reading BBC headlines, which I do every day before I come on here.
Not having a major go, but I really think you need to 'change the record' as it's jumping a fair bit.
New Leeds boss?

I'm made up about that, Leeds legend and I seem to remember he was a half decent manager too before his sad family circumstances made him take time out of the game

Wise appears to be in charge of transfers and youth development. Can anyone identify significant successes that Wise has had in the transfer market that could be called a 'track record' ? Similarly, has he developed players ?

Wasn't it Beckford deemed by Paul Jewell to be not good enough for Derby ?

What people forget is that although Wisey was a bit of a villain as a player,he worked with managers such as Ruud Gullitt and Luca Vialli, who were decent tactician's and he would of learnt from them.
Although we all know that Gus Poyet was partly behind Leeds rise up the table before taking a new post at Rottenham,Wisey still is no slouch when it comes to management and does know quite a bit about youth development.
Still, very surprised that Ken Bates let Wisey go so easily,if you know Bates like we used to.
