Okay. My considered view is that "fatties" to use your term, should only pay an extra tax if it can be proven that they have actually swallowed their luggage as a way of avoiding extra luggage charges.

We pay extra if our luggage is over the limit, so, why not charge the fat bastards per pound over the average?
The average mean n lean 6 footer being about 180lbs, which was my fighting weight most of the time I was in the Army. I'm 210lbs nowadays but I accept weight gain with age and I'm 65 now. Charge em ?1 per pound over and I bet the bastards would cough up rather than stop eating the Macfuckingdonalds shyte that got them that way and diet to a reasonable size. Just a thought.
