Maybe you could settle for being white and English speaking.
Apparently there are many people in this country,who are British, but struggle to speak English.
Surprisingly many cannot speak the native language, but they can apply and succeed in getting benefits.
Can you explain this for me.

Getting yourself registered on the dont calll list will only stop legitimate telemarketing not scammers and their the ones that are o the rise

Also pretending not to be who ever their asking for works a treat
ie the visiting freind or relative looking after the property works
to stop them dead in their tracks
