The owner of Club Seventeen (the Dutch porn magazine, the Club Seventeen website and the videos, as well as some other porn magazines like Candy and Chick) is a Dutchwoman called Sandy Wenderhold. I read an interview with her just two days ago.
The Seventeen videos feature girls from all over the world. Some of them are co-productions with German companies. In many German films I saw girls with Seventeen headbands in scenes that looked quite familiar. Some videos feature British-based girls, like Tiffany Walker, Laura Turner, Naomi St James and Jane Silverstone (to name my favourites). I think those scenes were shot in the UK, by British producers under the authority of Seventeen. I never saw any of those scenes in British films, so I don't think any British firm has ever co-produced any Seventeen video.

If you mean the interview with Sandy Wenderhold: it was in a magazine called Financials Only. The magazine's target group are financial managers and the interview is mostly about the running of the Seventeen firm. Though the name of the magazine may suggest otherwise: the interview is in Dutch.

Re young looking girls - not even special make-up is needed.

There are girls I've met who are 22-24 and a look a *lot* younger. 2 of them were bi as well, one kinky; just a shame I never got to know them better!

The opposite can apply, thankfully I've never tried it on with a girl who looks deceptively older - but I've heard of people who have. That's must be an awful position to find oneself in, so be careful on one night stands!
