Perhaps more screencaps may help, but I don't know what this would solve, since this male is a minor black performer of that era, who may have done only a handful of movies.
One of the screencaps seems to show him either with a large gap tooth or missing teeth. What do you notice about this dental feature when viewing the scene in question?

Oh... FWIW, I am not convinced myself that it is Joseph Stryker in the caps with Moana... It was just a (very) long shot...!sad! But I do agree that the "dental feature" seems to be the key factor for his recognition! !grin!
