Thanks a lot. Those corrections have now been made. Sorry for the delay, but it's minor compared to the two years lag for e-mails (and other posts) at the moment.

If something looks simple from a forum post header, I may respond quickly, but I tend to avoid getting involved in anything complicated if it's out of sequence as that can lead to further complications.
