I have continued (to the present fay) to forward correction notices to IAFD where warranted, but lately I have noticed that there seems to be some unusual lag in the turn-around time with IAFD making corrections in its database.
Just curious Walter. From you answer, am I to deduce you are no longer associated with IAFD?

I am guessing you are using Flat View instead of Threaded View to navigate this forum. Makes it really hard to follow the flow of the thread, really.

Not really. I really prefer it this way. I can see all the messages in the post, and it makes it easy for me to see and refer to prior posts in the threat.

Althought my first post appeared after your second, I was at the time inserting the links for reference (and was really responding to your first post), and I was unaware you had already posted/send your second message when I hit the "send/post" button. Perhaps that is what you are alluding to.

I am alluding to the fact that your second and third posts all appear to be replies to my first post, while in fact they are not. Thus, it becomes impossible or at the very least difficult to follow the flow of the thread.

I use flat view and I see all messages in the thread, this way I can follow more easily the discussion without having to click and open each message.
I understand the point you are making. But sometimes when you are typing a post, you may be momerntarily interrrupted by a phone call or have to make some research, and you may not be aware that by the time you hit the "send" button, someone else may have already commented.
On occasion I may have to partially or fully quote a poster's message in a reply (especially for long threads) in order to be more clear as to what my comment(s) refer(s) to.
My first post was basically confirming your first post that Mariena was indeed Martina insofar as "Natural Wonders of the World 33" was concerned. Nothing more.
