One last question concerning my submission and changes made to the EGAFD database.
In the Italian credits I had mentioned that the director's name was indicated
as being Toni Montana. This was not addressed in the posts or changes effected.
And I have a question, how is it that IAFD and EGAFD indicate Max Bellocchio
as the director? Is it a known fact, a suspicion? Has he used that alias in other movies?

It can take me several days to find a disc- so don't assume an entry is final
until a few days have passed. And even then it may be changed again : -)
And again : -))
I've now checked the VMD disc and 'Toni Montana' is credited as director.
Some further amendments made [e.g it's definitely Julia in the helicopter*].

Sorry, I had no warning that you wanted to make further verifications.
Thanks for the clarification for the girl in first scene. I was not sure who it was
when I first saw that movie many years ago. But I had jotted down the performers and
director's names correctly.
But sorry if I ask again: what prompted IAFD and also EGAFD previously to conclude
that Max Bellocchio had directed this drab movie? Was Bellocchio's name indicated
in the Italian DVD reissue or other foreign versions (i.e. US) perhaps?

No idea- hence the entry's careful punctuation.
If I had to guess I'd say it was based on the VMD dual-disc; Bellocchio is
unequivocally the director of the other title, 'Della borsa'.....
