Certainly not from 1995.
United Colors of Sex is vol. 16 of the DinoVision series.
My DBM catalogue is from 1992 and already included vol. 1-14.
The release of this movie should have been either later in 1992 (I think so) or in 1993.

Released in North America in 1993, in a VHS German-language version.
Quite likely produced in 1990 or so.
