Your almost there... But what you need to do, is to create a folder. Call it 'members' or 'private' or whatever you want... Then put the pages you want to restrict access to, INSIDE the folder...

ccBill protects the folder...

So in your example you would need it to be like this:
www.scottsteele.com/page1
www.scottsteele.com/members/page2
www.scottsteele.com/members/page3
www.scottsteele.com/members/page4

If anyone went to page 1 they would see it...
If anyone went to pages 2 3 or 4 they would be asked for a user and pass by the ccBill software, because they are in the folder, members, that is protected by ccBill

If you put all your members stuff in a folder called, say, /members/ CCBill will install a file called .htaccess in that folder. Every time someone tries to access that folder, or the ones below it, the .htaccess file will check the password file (which is somewhere else on the server and under the control of CCBill) to see if the visitor is a member and if so, allow access.
