I have e-mail you Pic Sizer - a handy little prog that lets you re-size you pics in J-peg, tif, Gif & other various formats. i enclosed my number so if you get stuck using it just ring me.

An online program is ok for a few camera sized jpgs, but if you had a gallery of about 30 to do, for example, they would take about an hour to upload on a typical ADSL connection!
