When young people call each other baby, it's not a psychological recapitulation of their yonger years. It's a cultural term of affection. Seriously, youngsters don't put that much serious thought into it! Even if they did, they wouldn't actually be fantasising about each other's ages in the same direct way that a faction of 'pornography' seems to, and that's what is at issue.
The 'school pupil/teacher' roleplay game (along with S+M games) aren't inclusive of age issues as much as they are power games.
