And didn't Athur Lee and Love play there last year. He must be in his late 50s' and has not done anything since the classic Forever Changes in 1967.

Don't equate age with 'no talent' or 'past it'.

BB King can still swing, and people like Mick Jagger, Eric Clapton and David Bowie must be in their late fifties or early sixties.

Also Macca wrote some of the greatest pop songs of all time (albiet many years ago) so deserves to be listened to.

A few years ago, Johnny Cash played at Glastonbury and went down a fucking storm. Said it was his best memory of playing live as the 'young' audience were tuned into what he was playing.

I think I saw him in 1999 , as he was doing "'Mule Skinner Blues" but that year was hard to remember because I took a lot of triple bad scrumpy !
