If you flashed your cock at a woman on the tube and were picked out at an identity parade then identified by that woman in court you would be found guilty!
You would have been caught "bang to rights" as they say and no amount of denials would alter that verdict.
The fact that incriminating videotapes disappeared confirms the fact that the flashing judge was guilty and that a perversion of justice took place to protect a member of the establishment.
