One law for them another for us

Post by eroticartist »

The flashing judge went to court and was positively identified by a woman as the man who had exposed himself to her on a tube train. She stood up in court and said that is the man who exposed himself.
If it had been you or I then the jury would have found us guilty but because he was a judge then the old boy network began to pull strings. First of all the British Transport Police "lost" recordings that were relevant to proving that the judge was on this particular train at the time that the judge flashed his genitalia at this women!

Secondly he defence put forward the absurd proposal that it could not be certain that the judge was the person that this women had positively identified as the flasher. What nonsense!

Why is it that camera tapes mysteriously disappear when a member of the Establishment is accused? It reminds of the time when Jack Straw's son was recorded on tape as offering cocaine for sale and taped by a newspaper reporter. The police took the tapes and when they were played back, low and behold the incriminating dialogue had become inaudible!

British justice is corrupt:one law for them and one law for us. The police in the flashing judge case conspired to pervert the course of public justice by losing the relevant tapes to protect a member of the Establishment.

I accuse . British justice is corrupt and the farcical goings on in the trial of the flashing judge prove it!

Just playing devil's advocate here. But assuming you are correct, don't you think it would be useful for Special Branch, or the intelligence services, to have a judge---or a Cabinet minister (the main justice minister, no less)---in their pocket?

What you say may be true Mike, but to talk of corruption in British law/politics and then emigrate to Italy seems farcical at best.

I read somewhere that Italy has the highest rates of corruption within politics and the law, than any other developed country within the EU.

Maybe corruption just follows you Mike? !laugh!

Hey Mike

Just wondering,if you had lived in Italy since the Sixties where you could have shot all the porn you like (sorry erotica) without any trouble from the "establishment" would you really give a toss about this story?

I really dont think so!! Yes it seems that the old school tie still means alot in certain circles, and most of us know it. But if your past had not given you a huge persecution complex, you would have just accepted it and got on with life the way every one else has.

What ever job your in....it pays to have friends!! He just just had more powerful friends than most of us....not "Justice for all" I know, but its how the world works

Cheers

Warren,
There was no element of doubt as a respectable woman said in court that this the man who exposed himself and she should know!

She had picked him out on an identification parade and he was guilty. British justice is corrupt without a doubt. The Transport Police lost the tapes! How convenient!

As I said if it was you then the verdict would have been guilty.

I had a great uncle when growing up, who sat me on his knee as a kid and told me the funniest stories. He was the highlight of 'visiting family'.

Of course, as I got past 8 or 9 I realised he was a bit of an eccentric nutter!

The point of that story? I'm going to pay Mike a good wage to tell my future kids funny stories. Kids need funny stories!

Corruption means different things to different people. I will live in any country that offers me asylum and I will be loyal to that country.
