I do believe in capital punishment and being one of the oldies on this forum i can rememeber many people being topped by the state, it never stopped people from being murdered but it did stop a lot more people from being murdered.!sad!

Yeah, because they let mass murderers out of prison at weekends to keep their scores up.
If execution was a deterrent, then hardly any murders would be committed.
Short of giving some psycho an official, paid killing position---and some of you lot raging hard ons---there is no reason for a death penalty.

Its not a exactly a hard life for them is it though,it seems to me that the people in authority are intent on turning prisons in to learning centres instead of punishment facilities which is the 1st priority of a prison.
