Not convinced at all, the footage is deliberatly grainy and jumpy, and although I am no expert, am pretty sure electric vibrators were'nt about back then.

Clearly, the tape in question is not the one associated with the YouPorn link above, which has been on the internet for years. That one features a "Monroe lookalike" named Arlene Hunter.
The one under present discussion has obviously been seen by very few people.
