Qualified Dieticians giving their views aren't scare stories IMO
Just giving the otherside of the story beyond the Atkins Website Sales Pitch
IMO all diets are dangerous to a certain extent
Cut out or overindulge in any food at your own peril
I'm on the normal 60/30/10 carbs/protein/fat and my weight is stable
so I don't know what all the fuss is about.
As Sandie pointed out Exercise is the key
Burning up more calories than you eat seems a better way to weight control than cutting out vital ingredients
