Apparantly this diet give you constipation, bad breath, Ibs,and enough wind to fly a kite, in that case I must have been on it for years! all the celebs are on it Jennifer Anniston swears by it, imagine taking her on a date! ive been on the atkins diet its great diet but it dose give you bad breath lol the idea is you brush your teeth 3 times a day and use loads of mouth wash.

No carbs basically.....loads of meat, meat and more meat.

Didn't Atkins bring out his own mouth wash? If not it's an opportunity missed.

He died a while back - not sure what of, probably a heart-attack caused by his high-cholesterol diet!

It works for me I started loosing weight after a week.I would recomend it to anyone you have to get use to just eating 20 carbs a day how it works is when you cut the carbs out of your diet your body has to eat its own fat basicaly you can look at the website www.atkinscenter.com.
