I absolutely agree.

It's not just about 'timid and frightened', it's the somewhat wicked (and not particulalrly well known) combination that if a disturbance of the peace has a sexual nature it automatically leads to the accused being put onto the sex offenders register.

It also makes me wonder how the incident got to that stage. Obviously, the cleaners must have reported it, but why did this go any further?
