Media training, lightbulbs, duck houses and moat cleaning all add up to the same thing really: they've been taking the piss.
I just think that you tolerating money going to duck houses more than media training is just plain bias. If a Tory was doing the media training and a Labour MP claiming for the duck house then you'd change your opinion accordingly in my opinion.
And denying it would just smell of bullshit to me !happy!

It's not funny that I haven't defended Morley B-Seen-Here because if you've read my other posts you would know that I am livid about it all and by ALL.
I'd boot out anyone caught and acting illegally and those acting outside the law would be inside as fast as their feet could carry them if I had my way.
What I won't do is let you excuse the Tory and attack the Labour for doing the same thing.

Remember that MP who was infamous a few months ago for paying his sons to do work for him that they never did, with the taxpayer picking up the tab? Well it was revealed today that this guy is a keen photographer in his private life and he has claimed for 4 very expensive cameras this year. Thousands of pounds worth of cameras. Obviously taking photos of hillsides, trees, birds, and whatever else on a Sunday afternoon helps you do your job as an MP better and therefore it is TOTALLY justified for the taxpayer to pay for these cameras. Yeah...

Denied, yes, but that's no thanks to the toff who tried is it?
Unlike you I'm not trying to defend the actions of one MP over another based on political bias.

Re: MP claims for a floating duck house...
Now that they're all being 'outed' as snouters, what cracks me up is how all these Ministers and MPs (and I make no party-political distinctions here) are falling over themselves claiming that they "made a mistake", that "it was an oversight", that "accounting isn't my strong suit", that it was "an error" etc. etc.
So if - for the sake of argument - the public is supposed these excuses at face value, it would appear that not only are they incapable of filing a normal tax return (just like everyone else has to), some of them don't even know whether or not they have a mortgage!
And these are the cunts entrusted with running the country!!!!!!!
Doesn't exactly inspire confidence does it?!
