Has anyone else noticed that there seems to very little mention of Global Warming in the media now that both UK and other parts of the world are in the middle of a cold spell

In Oz, a few cities had some very hot (mid 40's) days a while ago and the trendies claimed it was proof that global warming was real. There was no mention of the fact that several other cities had unusually cool temperatures for our summer. They also failed to mention that the very hot days were noted for being the "hottest since 1910". Thus 100 years ago there were hotter days.

That's why the phrase 'climate change' is becoming the new term. Since the climate will always change, they can't lose now.

Even the experts cant agree wether the climate is getting warmer or colder !confused!

No its not getting colder its getting warmer this will be the hottest year on record, you have to laugh !wink!

The MMGW religionists will be along any moment, dismissing all the 'inconvenient truth' presented, simply because its The Mail and The Guardian carrying the message!

Deano, With a shortage of oil it makes sense to conserve fuel and tell people that burning petrol causes Global Warmiing and selling electric cars would revive failing capitalism where the car is the main consumer item.

Now that Washington and the Whitehouse is very white, covered with ice and snow, and suffering the lowest temperatures in decades. I wonder if anyone is considering that they might have been wrong on global warming?
