It happens to a lesser extent in this country too. Remember Ernest Saunders and his remarkable recovery from Alzheimer's disease after being acquitted in the Guinness trial? Is it any wonder lawyers are held in such low esteem when some of them take great pleasure in lying to juries?

i think theres a lot to be said about his father (which has been said on here) but even despite that i dont REAAAALLY think he's done anything, i just dont reckon he's done it, like someone said i think its just another way of getting money outta him which will probably work. i just dont really see that he would try it on, he's too fucked up to even be into that kinda thing i reckon....but ultimately i just think its soo sad that the two main reasons of his "weirdness" are a) parental abuse and b) being just too fucking good at his job.....

btw if everyone in his famiy have problems with his dad why did joe jackson say to louis about not wanting to upset him? and why do they still have any contact....do we think its cos of his mother katherine and wanting to keep the peace for her?....probably

And those that do go to prison receive star treatment otherwise how would you explain Alan Bond coming out of jail unscathed after serving just 3 years for ripping of 1 billion dollars...should have received life without parole for all the suffering he caused to the Mum & Dad investors of Australia

If I remember correctly he had total memory loss during the trial

A recent interview showed he still has a razor sharp mind & memory to boot
going right back...maybe they should put him back on trial

As they say 'the law is an ass' and only afforded to the rich
