A bet you would lose.
In 27 years of driving I've had nothing more than two parking tickets, one of which was rescinded as it had be wrongly issued.

I have had everything going, disqualified for Life plus 6 months ?.(Drove over a bus shelter full of skinhead crackheads I thought I should of got a medal). But right now 3 points for a camera at the end of my road, 7.30 on a Sunday morning coming home from a party. Anyone who say's they have never went above the speed limit in there life,,, well neither has my mum, she don't drive either.

Bob do you have shares in Truvelo or Gatso? Is every law in the land to obeyed to the letter at all times? Are you a robot?
They're locking them up today, they're throwing away the key...I wonder who it be tomorrow, you or me?

I don't have shares in any company other than my own company where I am the sole shareholder.
No, I'm not a robot... I just think people who speed on public roads are, on the whole, irresponsible. I think people who speed, get caught and fined, and then seek sympathy on a public forum are stupid. Those who sympathise with them are equally stupid.
I'll reiterate what I posted earlier, as it seems some here are too thick to understand it first time round... if you don't want to get a speeding fine and 3pts on your licence, don't drive so fast. If you get caught, don't blame Gordon Brown. .. he wasn't the one driving the speeding car. If you despise Gordon Brown so much that you hate the thought of another ?60 or more going to the treasury DON'T FUCKING SPEED!!!!!
If you can't see a yellow box by the side of the road that has been "advertised" beforehand by a roadsign, you are obviously not paying attention to the road ahead and are therefore a danger to others. If you kill yourself speeding I shan't mourn you. Let's just hope you don't hurt anyone else in the process.
It's in YOUR hands, no one else's; so if you get caught you have no-one but yourself to blame... so stop whingeing.

Is that meant to impress?
No doubt some of the other neanderthals on this forum will be in awe of you... I'm not, and nor should any decent human being. The fact you are bragging about being banned for life shows what a peanut brain you have.
Sad and pathetic just aren't strong enough words to describe you.

This presupposes some sort of logic and reason to the system.
A case in point: A couple of miles from me there is a lovely road, nice and wide, with gentle curves and no side roads leading on to it. It was always national speed limit. About 2 years back, suddenly it's a 40 mph speed limit, and three gatsos in two miles.
Who's kidding whom here Bob? I do blame Gordon Brown, because shit like this is all about money. If gatsos were installed at genuine blackspots drivers would respect them. Some are, but most are not, they are cash machines pure and simple. The pattern of reducing speed limits on clear roads and then installing gatsos has been repeated across the country, and it's not a coincidence. That's why so many of these bastard things have been torched, because they represent an injustice.
And before you ask, no, I don't have any points on my licence!

I suspected your rants were heading to the point of insanity, so I'm saddened but not surprised to read this one. Given that you hate both "chavs" and "middle class" people, I'm honoured (albeit confused) to be labelled as both, simultaneously. You managed not to accuse me of being "PC", but I guess calling me a PC, middle-class, chav would be OTT, even by your standards.
Come to think of it, the only people I've seen you express admiration for are your yuppie Muslim "friends". Strangerer and strangerer.
I have admiration for people who rebel. Rules are made to be broken. But driving fast... what a pathetic, childish, testosterone-fueled way to rebel. Who the fuck is that rebelling against? Your Mum?
Still, keep right on speeding if that makes you feel like a big man. Don't forget to send us a "je ne regrette rien" post next time you wake up in intensive care.

Many laws are unjust and should be broken repeatedly until the authorities get sick on enforcing them. The drug laws for example, or the new law banning protests outside parliament.
But the speeding laws, and the cameras that enforce them, make perfect sense. The day you kill a complete stranger will be the day you agree with me.
