True, ID, but you could also argue that MJ shows the recurring paedo trait of not thinking he's doing anything wrong.

thats also tru Last Word, but to throw another wishy washy argument into the pot - hes 45 years old and been in the public eye for most of his life and has had his life v.v closely scrutinised - dont u think it wouldve come out by now and im not just talking about some kid back in the early 90s especially seeing as everyones suspiscious. - on the other hand gary glitter was old but lets face it, ppl werent really analying him in the same way nor had any reason to suspect.....

Yes it's me who calls him a nonce. I ceratinly don't advocate violence toward him but the facts are there ; if he were NOT Michael Jackson then we would not be listening to the bleeding hearts about him or his dad/family/fame/money.

I cannot believe that just because he did a couple of songs and videos (yeah right) that he should be treated any differently.

Does he need treatment ? Fucking right he does ! Is he a wierdo ? Fucking right he is ? Should he be left alone unsupervised with kids ? What do you think ?

I'm fed up with this ; whether he did or didn't have sex with little boys is almost irrelevant. Do something about him before he may.

By the way, 'Off the Wall' is still a great album. But please don't put garbage like 'Thriller' up in his defence.

The guest ale is taking effect.

I'll get my coat.

Not that i have any innocent/guilty view but does anybody know( I mean "know" as in 100%, definitely) that he is a paedophile and does'nt all of the resulting publicity mean that he does'nt have even the slightest chance of an unbiased trial.I think this time guilty or not his fame may have finally taken its toll on him. What are the chances of even one jury member not already having formed an opinion based on the media hysteria. I'm sure there is also an element of a vendetta being persued in this case by the prosecutors/law enforcement. It was a very embarassing situation for them when their efforts came to nothing previously.I'm sure a lot of people won't be concerned but i'm sure even michael jackson deserves a fair trial/hearing guilty or not. It's called Justice!

There seems to be only two sides to this argument: either you love Jacko and think he's innocent, or you think he's a serious freak who (not withstanding what may or may not have happened to him as a boy) should not be allowed near children.

Given that they can take days to choose juries in the States, and given those two different opinion bases, finding a neutral panel will be difficult to say the least.

Oh, and although nothing's been proved, I don't think the heir to the throne should be allowed alone near servants :-)
