i recall seeing some at a cinema club around 1978-82,but does anyone know the actual years they were made i guess around 75/76 ish.

I have some copies of Colour Climax videos which I bought back in the eighties.
One has a copyright date of 1983 - so I guess that was when it was made.
I notice that a vidoe shop in Berwick Street (Soho Market) specialising in 70s and 80s videos still sells Colour Climax.

Why do you ask. May be your post has become detached from some earlier thread.

Also I believe we met at Event 3 - taking photo's of each other with Faye.

hello bill,yes i recall you now ,there was another bill posting i thought it was you,did the pics come out all right i was a bit nervous,i had tons of cc vids in 84 on beta,i belonged to a private cinema club in 79-82 i recall them being shown b4 the main film.

The picture of you and Faye came out ok. Unfortunately in the picture of me and Faye our heads our out the top. But Faye still looks good - funny that. Still never mind it was an awkward little camera - and we both appear in the "official" pics.

Isn't CC a bit of topic. I don't recall any british girls appearing in them.

neither do i ,wasnt they made in denmark with english dubbing the music was good it was by keith mansfield orchestra ,seem to recall bond street station being in 1?

Some of the loops were made in the 70s and put into compilations in the late 80s - that's where you tend to see the copyright notices, but they are misleading. Some loops may have been made early 80s.

Thanks Alec for posting that for me. Yes, the CC loops were 70's gems and compilations were put together in the 80's, hence the 1987 copyright you see at the end of a set of loops, besides, do you REALLY think men wore flares in 1987? Apart from Steve56?
