Charming response, however I'm sure if you do a bit of digging you'll find out that Portland Enterprises is the trading name for TVX, all owned by a charming man called Richard Desmond, now proprieter of Express Newspapers and OK Magazine among more colourful publications.

The Livington address is not were TVX is based, that address belongs to Sky Television who handle all of TVXs Customer Service and Billing activity on behalf of TVX, believe me I know a man who knows.

If you post a letter there all you'll get is some Sky Employee who probably wouldn't be able to answer the question stonevid requires answering
