New girls

Post by stevie celt »

Whenever you see a girl making her debut in front of the camera, or indeed girls who have only a few films to their name, they all seem to be so good at what they are being paid to do. Do these new girls have to go through a 'training programme' before they are accepted or are they just expected to get on with it and directors hope for the best.

.....We normaly invite new girls to visit the studio, talk things over with them, take a few test shoots, ask a few questions and depending on their answer to the question "Do you really, really, really enjoy shaging"....Book them!!!!!

We always insist on seeing their Adult Film Performer Proficiency Certificates before hiring them. They get these at the end of an intense 6 weeks course organised by a specialist college affiliated with London University. I understand the success rate is about 60% with most failures due to exhaustion or forgetting dialogue.

Only those who pass the full anal and deep throat tests with commendation from the examiners get awarded the full Grade A Certificate. These Grade A Certificate holders automatically earn 30% higher rates, so it's every sensible girl's aim to work hard to achieve this level.

I hope this explains why you rightly observe that most girls appear expert at their dubut performance. It's a hard job and this training really is essential.

I believe that some producers use a technique sometimes called "Quality Control" and don't release stuff that shows performers at less than their best. These producers are generally called "good". After test shoots they throw away the poor stuff or hang onto to it in the faint hope that the performer may excel in another field, say footballer's girlfriend, and the tape may have some value.

Regrettably, not all producers use this technique (which also covers lighting and camerwork incidentally) and release a lot of stuff which experienced viewers refer to as "shite".

Stick with it Stevie and you'll find plenty of "shite" out there.
