If you have the skills to manage a server yourself then no one will beat EV1 (formerly Rackshack) for pure spec of machines and value for money BUT if you dont have the skills to manage the server yourself then avoid as it is a completely unmanaged service!

For example they do a Linux Server based on an Intel Celeron 1.3 GHz with 512 RAM, 60 GB Hard Drive and 1000 GB Monthly Transfer for $99 per month - there is no where I know of that can come close to that sort of spec for that price!

Reliability wise I have been with them for about 2 1/2 years with no problems and no major downtime (maybe a few mins here and there) - only downside is they are US based and they are completely unmanaged!

I am starting out and wish to have a virtual server as I cant afford a dedicated solution at the moment. So something reasonably priced.

I also plan to use CCBIll as they are FOC for my payment service.

Another question I have is on content. I am on a pretty small budget and cant afford to hire more than 1 model at the moment.

How much content does one need in their first month. And how can I fill the content section out.

How much will I also need to add every month to keep viewers wanting to join.
