So there is a no camera rule for Jo and Joanna Punter, does this mean they are going to search everybody on entry and take their cameraphones off them for return upon exit?

No, it means that you will be asked to deposit a camera in the camera storeroom. If you are seen using a camera phone, you will be asked to stop. If you are seen again you will be kicked out.
